We then ask three or four diagnostic questions about the use environment — outdoor, clinical, high-touch, privacy-sensitive — and recommend a material that fits. You don't need to know the answer before you email.
Not for standard pricing — we provide indicative quotes without an NDA in place. For projects involving sensitive new device launches or government work where confidentiality matters, we sign mutual NDAs before detailed engineering specs are exchanged.
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per device variant. Below that, the tooling and setup cost makes per-unit pricing uneconomic. For evaluation samples of 5–10 units prior to a volume order, we charge nominal sample fees that are credited against the production order.
